Abraham Leimzider was born into real estate-not just as a business, but as a way of life. From a young age, he observed the ins and outs of property ownership, negotiation, and investment. When setbacks hit-like buying a building later discovered to be miszoned he took the loss, extracted the lesson, and emerged stronger.
